What Does "On-Demand Workouts" Mean?

On-demand workouts are preloaded into our training app, allowing you to access and complete them at any time that suits your schedule. Unlike live sessions with a trainer on Zoom, these workouts are self-guided. You’ll have access to exercise demo videos to ensure proper form, and some memberships offer live check-ins for additional guidance. However, the workouts themselves are designed for you to follow independently at your convenience.

How do I access the workouts after purchase?

Youโ€™ll access the workouts through our training app. Once you make a purchase, the workout will automatically be added to your app profile. If you already have an active profile, simply open the app to get started. If youโ€™re new, youโ€™ll receive an email with easy instructions for downloading and setting up the app. After setup, you can access your purchased workouts or programs right away.

How does the custom program work?

Our custom programs are tailored to your specific goals. After a consultation with one of our expert coaches, youโ€™ll receive a personalized plan, whether itโ€™s 1 workout per week, 3 per week, or more. Youโ€™ll access and track your workouts through our app, where youโ€™ll receive ongoing guidance and adjustments.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Our accounts are self-managed, so you can login and cancel anytime without any penalties.

Workouts vs Programs

PROGRAMS

are designed with a specific end goal in mind. For example, an 8-week strength training program for off-season endurance runners might focus on strengthening key muscles to reduce injury and improve performance for the upcoming season.

Programs typically include workouts that progress over time, either weekly or monthly. Progressions can involve advancing exercise difficulty, moving from beginner to intermediate to advanced levels. They may also progress through varying reps/volume, increasing weight, or reducing rest times. Programs are ideal for athletes and non-athletes seeking targeted results toward a future goal. *Programs are NOT included in the Workout Library Memberships.

 

WORKOUTS

ย are NOT designed with a long-term goal or built-in progressions. However, individual workouts or a series of workouts can still produce general adaptations when done consistently or integrated into an existing routine. Workouts are perfect for adding variety or serving as supplements. For example, a series of core or stretching workouts can complement an established fitness routine. All workouts are included in the Workout Library Memberships or can be purchased individually.
