Equipment Needed:

Phase 1 of 7, Full Body Strength-Power is an on-demand program accessible anytime through our training app. Designed for volleyball athletes aged 16+, this 4-week program focuses on improving overall strength, jumping, and hitting power. Each phase includes one workout per week targeting core stability, lower and upper body strength, and jumping power.

Workouts are time-efficient, taking about 45 minutes to complete, with the option to extend by adding additional sets directly in the app. Complete Phase 1 at your own pace, then continue building your strength and performance with Phase 2.
