“Mini Hurdles Plyos & Sprints V1” is a 40-minute workout designed for athletes and advanced individuals who want to train athletically. Using 8โ10 mini hurdles (6โ12″ in height) and 20โ30 yards of sprinting space, this workout focuses on:
- Strengthening the feet, ankles, knees, and hips through multi-directional plyometric movements
- Improving footwork, quickness, and stamina
