This program is designed for 400m runners preparing for the upcoming track season. Daily running volume averages about 2,000m, with workouts built to condition your body for speed endurance, 400m tempo, and aerobic development. By staying consistent with this fall program, you’ll build the foundation needed to handle the higher-intensity threshold and race-specific workouts later in the year.
This program does not include strength training workouts, it is focused entirely on the track. Pair it with your own lifting plan or integrate it into your team’s strength program, or get one of ours.
