This workout features two circuits of three exercises each, designed to build foundational strength and stability in your upper body while also engaging your core. Using only dumbbells and resistance bands, you’ll target key back and shoulder muscles with safe, controlled movements.
This workout can be done at home with a resistance band and door anchor, or in the gym if you prefer. Start with lighter resistance and progress gradually as you build strength and confidence.
