I understand that gym membership accounts are self-managed. If I need to cancel, I must log in and cancel before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

2. Clean-up:(Required)

I will wipe off any equipment I use, including removing chalk prints, to maintain a clean gym environment.

3. Equipment Issues:(Required)

If something breaks, tears, or cracks while I’m using it, I will notify the gym immediately so appropriate steps can be taken to repair or replace it.

4. Equipment Usage:(Required)

I will use equipment properly and as intended. No "circus acts" or unsafe exercises for social media content or "likes."
