Full Body Strength-Power is designed for volleyball athletes age 16+ looking to improve overall strength, jumping and hitting power. Each phase spans 4 weeks, featuring one workout per week that builds core stability, lower and upper body strength, and jumping power.
Workouts within this program are designed for time efficiency, taking only about 45 minutes to complete, but our training app allows you to extend the session by adding additional sets as desired. Once you finish Phase 1, purchase our Phase 2 program to continue building your strength and performance.
