Focus: A comprehensive, 4 day per week full body strength and conditioning training program.  This program is a complete 4-month program that is progressed every phase. Every 4 weeks, you will see progress!

Workout Split: Day 1: Squats & Hamstrings, Day 2: Conditioning/Cardio, Day 3: Upper Body S&C, Day 4: Lunge & Hip Strength
